Thats rather nice, but I was getting a steel frame especially made, I would prefer lugs. Call me old fashioned, I just like them.
You say its lightweight. What was the weight for a 61cm frame only? How does that compare to aluminium and carbon. I know you probably get this question quite a lot and I know steel is real.

Lugs is fine, I love lugs too, this particular customer liked the idea of fillets. Thats the fun thing about a custom bike, there are less limits.
I didn't get the exact weight of the frame, but it is easily as light as an alu frame of the same size, though a much more forgiving, but still responsive ride. Probably not as light as carbon. It weighed less than another frame that i compared it to which was a reynolds 853 frame in 55cm.
As for a lugged frame, that would be slightly heavier due to lugs and a slightly thick tube wall in the join area.
