The BC website has an update on progress towards addressing the problems which wiped half last year's race programme off the calendar. We're clearly Not There Yet but there do seem to be steps in the right direction, especially with respect to the concept of police agreeing points where traffic needs stopping and marshals having the power to stop them.

We'll still need marshals, but at least they'll be able to stop traffic!
