A group of us Malton Wheelers will be joining you, hopefully at 9AM.
We're going to park up at Stamford Bridge and ride to York.
I think it will be the first chance this year to be sick in my mouth!

Approx ride time via back roads is 35-40mins, park at the public Car Park by the bridge or in the village hall car park. Depending on numbers we will let riders go in groups of 20 ish from 9.00.
The nearest/cheapest car park I can find in York is Foss Islands - 80p per/hour its the lower one on the left as you enter.

I plan on riding this next week. I know these rides can get abit giddy, but I hope to find a nice steady clubrun type group.

We are hoping to get to Stamford Bridge for 8AM and have a "nice" ride in to York to set off with someone. Last year, we got into York late and just rode round together. Well, it was a bit daft really, it could of been a club run.

We have moved the finish 100 yards from the village hall to the Sport Pavillion follow the signs from Stamford Bridge Square, this years food will have a distinct Italian feel, pasta, sauce of your choice bolognese, carbonara or veggie option, followed by orange polenta cake, and expresso's the bar will also be open.
Come along and feed your hunger food will be ready to serve from 12.00 see you on Sunday.
Why not have a ride out and joins us!
Look out for the British Cycling Flags

If you use the park and ride it is free parking. Grimston bar would be a good one as it's on the right side of town for the ride back in

I cannot decide wether to do this ride having seen the forecast for Sunday. I don't fancy riding on my own so is anyone wanting to ride with me in a steady group.
Jon
