Time: 10.00 for 10.05 Saturday from The Square.

Route: Out via Beningbrough Hall - Aldwark bridge - Ouseburn - B6265 - Grafton - A168 - Arkendale - (right)Staveley - Copgrove - right to Bishop Monkton - Left in Bishop Monkton - Across A61 - Markington - right Fountains - Winksley -Kirby Malzeard - Masham

Return: via Grewelthorpe - Ripon - Skelton-on-Ure - Boroughbridge - Aldborough - Upper & Lower Dunsforth.

Here Group can split: West York based riders - Hd Whixley, Cattal - Tockwith. Others: Back over Aldwark bridge.

This week's celebrity riders: The boys and girls from Take That and The Saturdays are unable to ride with us but will be doing a joint performance for us at the Masham Cafe...don't believe me?...come along and find out!

Will sadly have to miss this Saturdays ride due to comng down with the dreaded lurgy. Broke the golden rule after doing some vigorous exercise by not staying away from my 2 nieces who both had cold from school. Partly my fault by volunteering to babysit I guess

I shan't be too disappointed at missing this week, since I was never a Take That fan. Darren, is it true that you're going to get more Australians out to ride with us? I wouldn't mind Kylie's sister Danni, and Mick 'Crocodile' Dundee would surely be a popular option? I also hear that AC/DC would love to ride with us, have you talked to them?

Greg, surely a young bloke like you would be keen to meet The Saturdays?!!

Unfortunately Danni is booked up with other stuff until Christmas, but AC/DC are a chance...

Darren - you may be committed to this route - According to the news tonight a cars gone through the bridge parapet and finished up in the river in Masham tonight. Not worth risking it been open by tomorrow somehow but your route would avoid it?
