New Year, New Website

Well, if you haven't noticed, it's (nearly) a New Year and so we have a new website.
Many thanks to Phil Bixby for doing the design, and Rob Osman, Steve Savage, Mark Antrobus and Cath Musgrave for text.
All feedback welcome. And we could do with more suggestions and entries for the jargon page!
