I have a friend who is new to cycling on TV and thoroughly enjoyed ITV 4's showing of the Tour de France.
Does anyone know if the Tour of Spain is on TV in this country?

Eurosport Player on computer is great if you've got a good broadband connection and a reasonable size display - plus only about four quid a month.
