In case you're wondering where to ride this weekend...... How about joining the Sunday Clubrun to Castleton in the Moors? We can promise you about 100miles, some serious hills, some steadier terrain as well, a nice cafe and various options to cut the ride shorter (or indeed to extend it). The weather will be fantastic and the company first rate. If pushed for a time, I'd expect to be back at 3 minutes past 4 (Charlie Bubbles )

Hi Rob, what sort of speeds does the club run generally go? I'm new to the club and have never ridden 100miles before, but would love to get involved!

Hi Andy, I usually work on 16mph average for planning purposes on ride such as this. But it's of little cosequence really - we ride as a team and adjust the pace to suit.
