BUTTERCRAMBE BRIDGE CLOSED

Maybe old news to some of you, but some jobs-worth has set the barriers so that it's impossible to even shoulder your bike through. If caught the other side, potentially at this time of year in fading light, you'll be left with either a jaunt round Gally Gap and Howsham or the busy A166 and Stamford Bridge. (Or a swim across the Derwent).
