Band on 34.9
Double
If there is none of them available would be interested in a Tiagra or worst case a Sora if they will work on 10 speed drivetrain.

Bought one from CRC in the end for £25

It's being cracked for a couple of months maybe longer, I just noticed yesterday it has split now, I might have being able to get another couple of months untill it split the other bit but I thought nah, besides fitting a new mech will give me something to do in this world of boredom I'm in atm.
This one won't break, honest!
, if I get a job in Manchester I'll upgrade the full thing to Dura-Ace.
