Group "R"

After a massive turnout at the sqaure, Kevin persuaded Rob to lead an impromtu intermediate group up to Sledmere.
What a lovely ride. Rob did a great job of keeping us all together and safe - many thanks!
The planned cafe stop at 52 miles was pehaps a bit ambitious on such a hot day as many had run out of drink and the pub at Huggate (The Wolds Inn - I think) was a welcome alternative at about 40+ miles.
We all managed to avoid the temptation of a beer in the sun and a call to our other halves to come and get us after one too many!! The food was great and I think we would all recommend this stop to others out this way.
Once again thanks to all, particularly Rob for a lovely ride.
