2. This event takes place on the public highway – riders must obey the Highway Code at all times.
3. Marshall's are only there to indicate direction – it is up to you to make sure that it is safe to proceed.
4. Please be aware that this event takes place mainly on unclassified country roads – there may be potholes, poor surface conditions, mud and other debris. Be vigilant at all times and always ride within your ability.
5. Clifton CC encourages all riders to wear a hard shell helmet – riders under 18 must wear a helmet.
SPOCO 21st May - Riders' Notes

Dear all,
The last couple of times I’ve been out towards Sheriff Hutton I’ve noticed that there’s been a large pile of gravel in the lay-by where the 10 mile TT starts. I don’t know if it’s still there (it was a couple of weeks back), but if it is it may well hinder parking etc.
Might be worth checking, if anyone is out that way between now and Thur.
Jason.
