Anyone fancy a training session around the usual circuit this week. I recommend we train on Wednesday as there is a forecast of heavy rain for Thursday.
Millennium Bridge, Wednesday at 6.00pm sharp - any takers?

Hi, I'm new to the club and racing the TLI's.
If it were 6.30 I'd love to, but if you cant make it that late then I'll hopefully see you next Thursday.

I shall discuss it with d'management and see if I can make it. Given my current state of fitness, you'll have to be nice to me

Sorry, I know it's a damned poor show, but I can't make it now - d'management has other arrangements for me! Still nothing to stop you guys training.

I will be there at 6. Alice - do you want to meet us at the bottom of your road just after 6?

I've decided to be brave
I'll head out earlier for a warm-up so i will meet you all on the circuit.
And Dad/Nick might be joining us - depends on how the leg is.
See you tonight.
