December Club Runs

Looking at the calendar (to make double sure) there are 4 Sundays in December and a possibility of a New Years Day ride.
7th December - day after the xmas ride out lunch.
I won't be out so need a volunteer to lead this one.
A chance to burn of some of those extra calories.
14th December - Helmsley
21st December - Winter Tanhill Ride
Need a volunteer to lead a normal club run.
28th December - Wolds Ride
New Years Day - is there any interest for a club run on this day ?
Weather permitting I am thinking of either a
Druid's Folly or Cockayne ride
Get that first 100 miles of the year in early.

Helen, I am possibly OK for the 7th & 21st, but the 7th is the same day as the Carol service at Tockwith, so may include this when I am able to confirm my availability,

Hi Helen
If Bernard can't do the 7th I could do it.

That would be great thanks as Bernard was trying to ft it in amongst other things.Would you mind putting a post out later in the week just letting people know where you are planning on going. The aim for now is to keep the ride inclusive and tailor the route to who ever turns up. You might find quite a few people turn up this week as there isn't a normal Saturday run.

Hi Helen
I was thinking of the following route for this Sunday's club run:
Out via Shipton, Great Ouseburn, Arkendale, Markington, Risplith, Kirby Malzeard, to Masham for cafe. Back via Melmerby and Helperby to York.
74 miles

Dave/Helen, I hopefully wil be at the square, & from your route Dave I can follow this before turning back towards Tockwith for the Carol service, so if anyone else wants to do this we can do so via Knaresborough to get to Tockwith for lunch at 12.00, that way those who want to go will still get in a around 60 miles plus depending on route home,
