I posted this heading a few weeks ago I am guessing with the number of hits there are some interested parties who might like to take up this idea of a ride on saturday afternoons.
This summer I went out with Kevin and had a fantastic ride, but I found I struggled with the pace.
My problem is that my riding is sporadic due to other comitments and so my fitness is not consistent. I usually try and ride Saturday afternoons on my own which at times is soul destroying and at this time of year can take some motivation.
Would there be any members intrested in riding out on Saturday afternoons at a steady pace for a couple of hours over distances of 20 - 40 miles, meeting at Exhibition Square
Are there any club members intrested? or have any other suggestions.

What you're asking for is exactly what EasyRiders have been doing since the clock change. An easier paced ride about 40-45 miles, super sociable.

This Saturday the start will be at 12, else there won't be time to include the super sociable cafe of pub stop.

The rides have not been recently appearing on the CliftonCC calendar, as I've been away too much, but now we should be into greater regularity.
If you txt your e-address to 07974867301 you'll be put on the E-riders E-list which will give you the latest for each ride.

Hi John

I would be interested in a Saturday lunchtime ride from the Square. I endeavor to get to Kevins ride on a saturday Morning but due to work I usually dont make it because its too early. I just end up going out inthe afternoon for a couple of hours.

I live in Gateforth some way from the square but I dont mind riding in, it just adds to the mileage. where do you normally head for and do you plan a cafe stop.
