Thanks to everybody for today [saturday]. I don't think I'm going to leave not going cycling for so long again because it showed today! My legs are still hurting and I've got a headache . Thankfully a very kind Dad came and picked me up from Overton and thanks to the guys who stayed around with me I think the pace today was too high for me and I was ill on friday so it hasn't been the best week ever. Looks like I just had some muscle cramp and I felt a bit faint and sick after the cafe, I should have said something but I didn't .

How many miles did you do? Was it good weather too? Its very annoying, suddenly I move away and the weather gets good

I remember last Saturday, I should of said something and turned back before thirsk, after about 30 miles I was suffering, thats 110miles of feeling bad and I still have not recovered yet!
