Mountain biking in the Lakes

Hello MTBiker's,
Tom's away in London this weekend (8th-10th Aug) so I'm making the most of my freedom by jetting off to the Lake District! I wondered if anyone (ladies perhaps?) were at a loose end and fancied a day or two of cruising along the trails at Whinlatter and/or Grizedale? I'm staying in Tom's family home in Workington and his Mum is actually away. She is happy for me and any guests to stay in the house. It is empty and rather large (lots of empty bedrooms!) and would provide free accommodation for one and all!
If anyone is interested give me shout.
