OK, this is Cath's other PA. Apparently her PC has gone up in smoke. I've been asked to post the following.
Andy Smith is organising the next 2 events and would appreciate offers of help.
In order to qualify for the series you MUST HELP AT AT LEAST ONE EVENT!! So, if you've yet to marshal these are your last two chances.
Oh, and once Cath is less technologically challenged she'll post the results of last week's event.

I had a question from a father of one of the juniors participating in this years series, do juniors have to marshall to qualify for the series?

I have a recollection that the answer is "no", but can't find it stated anywhere. One for Muzzy.

No longer 'technologically challenged' .....
The answer is no - under 18's don't have to marshal to qualify, just ride the 6 events.
Riders aged 18+ do have to marshal though!

I will be available for any marshalling/pusher-off duties this coming Thursday. Would prefer pusher-off as I can then get away quickly before it gets too dark.

I've got the following people down to help this week: Mac, Bernard, Mark L, Arny, Danny C.
Another reminder about anyone wishing to ride the series who isn't a Clifton member: you must be a member of a CTT-affiliated club to ride, if you're not, then you will have to be turned away.

Thanks for the offer - we meet in a layby on the road just before Sheriff Hutton Cricket Club - if you turn up and ask for Andy he'll show you what to do. I guess 7 ish would be a good time?
