I did this in 06 in a time of 3hrs 29min 53sec at an average of 20.19mph, that'll give you something to go at

I was going to give it a blast - for me under 4 hrs would be reasonable. However I've now discovered that a colleague is doing it and I should really ride with them. Not sure how fast they are so could be anything from 4ish to......6?
