It was my fault that there was only one group ride on Sunday- had offered to lead a group but later felt too ill.
The mind made an offer that the body couldn’t fulfil. Sorry.

Ahhh....not what I meant at all Karl (hope you're feeling better). We'd all be laughing about it being a "steady" ride with fast bits whilst we were out. We had a great ride/hike-a-bike/mudfest!! See you soon.
