Me & Sarah are camping Fri & Sat (having a nice open fire seems to keep the migies away), we've found its best to try & get a plot in the main car park as its where the change over point is & all your stuffs close by at the end to just relax. I Like Steph's idea but does mean getting there early on the Friday to get a good spot. We're going to try & get there as early as poss so if any ones also going early let me know & we could poss go in convoy.

Exactly how bad are the midgies normally? If they are everywhere it will be rubbish, if there's a few and we light a fire and wear skin so soft it will be fun to camp with everyone else

This will be mine & sarahs 4th year & we've camped every year if the weather good there's quite a few but the midge repellent & the fire kept them away so I think we'll all be ok.
