Nothing thats not already been said - great day out, longest ride ever by quite some distance - good fun telling non-cycling friends that I rode 146 miles in a day and seeing the reaction - 'you're insane' being the usual one.
well done to Helen for organising and keeping the group together - and thanks to Rob & Paul for their work on the front (& encouragement on the climbs!).

Yes, well done to such a high number who completed Tan Hill, especially those who stepped into the unknown - Good Stuff!
You could call our Saturday Club ride to Masham a Tan Hill ride, just, erm, without the Tan Hill 'bit'........
Kevin would not be impressed, I missed 2 very important junctions and a little retracing here and there was required! But it increased the mileage! I particularly liked the route back via Grewelthorpe - Burton Leanard - some very quiet lanes and was also grateful to Pete K for doing some long, epic turns on the front.
The 2 new guys intended only to be out for a few hours and turned off deliberately at Helperby having enjoyed the pace (I had to add that incase Kevin removed my junior aide stripes)
Thanks to Steph, Pete, Elaine, Arthur & Ian for a great ride.
