Yea I'd be done for then :p, I don't take it too much, maybe 1 or 2 tablets a day, it appears to have eased the apparent tendinitis, I just have to remember to take 1 or 2 days off cycling totally after a longish ride to prevent it from flaring up.

I'm glad I can do Sunday now though, my aim is to achieve 180 miles, in August I've possibly got a 200+ mile ride with the wheelers into wales, so this is training for that!!, I've got 3 gels, 3 mars bars, 2 energy bars and a snickers as well as 2 750ml bottles that'll be filled with 550ml and have energy drink in, as well as a saddle bag to keep all the bars in :D

To anyone who is intending doing this ride, I suggest that we make our own way to the village hall at Tockwith for registration, I intend leaving Dringhouses at 8.45 to be there for approx 09.30 as I have preregistered, but those who haven't done so should allow a little more time for the organisor as I am sure they will be busy, Peter was a very popular guy, & lots of people will probably turn up as a result.
I know several are doing it so if they want to meet me at the end of Middlethorpe Drive on Tadcaster road at 08.45 I would welcome thecompany, this can be a first new starting point for a club run !

I've only just noticed the page that shows who has entered, not many for the 220km!!

Looks like 6 of us in a group if we indeed do it as a group?
