I'm glad I can do Sunday now though, my aim is to achieve 180 miles, in August I've possibly got a 200+ mile ride with the wheelers into wales, so this is training for that!!, I've got 3 gels, 3 mars bars, 2 energy bars and a snickers as well as 2 750ml bottles that'll be filled with 550ml and have energy drink in, as well as a saddle bag to keep all the bars in
