Hi willy
Seeing post by trevorj, does that mean there is a space or is it still oversubscribed? I do most of my (old) bike maintenance but nothing on new systems or very complicated things. I would be very keen to be able to attend these sessions or if there are any in the future.
Cheers
John

Just got back home from an excellent first bike mechanicals session run by Alistair in the Cycle Heaven workshop. The nine CliftonCC members attending were well pleased, and greatly surprised by the unexpected mug of tea at the start!
Next session Tuesday fortnight when we'll do advanced level brakes.
The current series of 5 hands-on tutorials is fully subscribed, but if others have interest make yourself known and there might be a further series.

Number 3 of the successful BMMW masterclasses (we're living in the age of rampant use of acronyms) will be next Tuesday, February 17th at 18.30.
It will be all about gears, but not (yet) electric ones.
The first requests for a repeat session have come in. This would be for 5 sessions of 1 1/2 hours at fortnightly intervals, starting end March. For a group of 10 the cost will be £ 2.50 per session. Book now by replying with your name.

Re: Maltonites joining: I'll ask Alistair at tonight's session, personally I can't see a problem. We have so far four people signed up for a second round of tutorials, not far to go for a full house of ten!
