I might be there, dunno if I'll do sat or sun this week, these long rides every week are slowing me down.

"Do you work for google or something? :D "

Absolutely not. But as someone who grew up with the local library being the closest thing to the information superhighway, I'm always staggered when people want spoon-feeding information (sorry Will, not getting at you in particular, it's a general rant) that is now unbelievably easily available. I'm over 40, and a parent - you have to expect this kind of grumpiness!

I dont see anything wrong with posting on forums for people to give you the answer, you still have to put in the effort of writing a new thread, and its much better than the random crap you get on google sometimes, its not like I am lazy or anything.

Will is right.

I too just typed "spurn point" into Google and got that bit by the sea at the Humber Estuary.

But, when you type it into http://maps.google.co.uk you do indeed get somewhere near Huddersfield! If you type 'spurn head' you will get the correct map.

(before I discovered this I tried all sorts of other spelling permutations for Spurn Point and I'm now an expert on fertility!)

Why is the 20th july an 8:30 start? Is it an event or just a longer sunday club run?
