Will - a hilly wolds circuit for you (Broomwagon knows this one well and I used it, with occasional added bits or bits taken out, when I was preparing for L'etape du tour last year):
- left at Bugthorpe (approached from Skirpenbeck), follow road, climb up through Barthorpe to Acklam Mast
- left at mast (steep descent), right to Leavening (some bumps)
- right at Jolly Sailors crossroads and climb leavening bank, take right just past house
- left at junction, left at crossroads, back down to Leavening
- left at the Jolly Sailors (some bumps - you're retracing the route towards Aclam Mast)
- left just before Acklam, climb (20%) to Acklam Mast
- left at top, left at junction, right signed Birdsall, right at cross roads, descend to Thixendale
- first right in Thixendale (about 100 metres in to village) - it's a hairpin and not immediately obvious - climb out of Thixendale
- left at T junction, right to Uncleby (steep descent, nasty bend at bottom)
- left at T to Kirby Underdale and climb out
- right at T junction
- right at main road
- left at top of Garrowby Hill descend to Bishop Wilton
- left at Bishop Wilton
- left (about 1.5km) short climb to Great Givendale
- right at T junction
- head towards Pocklinton and then homewards?
Just keep Phil B's comments in mind enjoying yourself, keeping it smooth, keeping it steady.

All you need is a catchy name and that sounds like a classic TT.
