Tuesday ride 10th

I'm planning to be out tomorrow - square at 9:15. Forecast is for light rain clearing up later. As we declined Wass bank and Helmsley last week I'm keen to get up there this time if that fits in with everyone else. I won't be pinning a number on at the bottom but the stopwatch will be running......

Sailing up Wass bank on a sunny Tuesday? Must have been grand. And Dave, have you got that new Kinesis sportive bike yet? Wassitlike?

Bike is actually really rather good. Not quite as responsive and compliant as the carbon Look I had but a step up from my Ribble - it doesn't beat you up as much.

The main selling point is that it is versatile - it takes full mudguards and has rack stay attachments - but behaves much like a sportive/racing bike. When the weather picks up I'll take the mudguards off - the front one at least.
