Hi, Yes both Gill and I are up for it, about 0915 at the square agin. Everyone else very welcome.

Normally back around Nether Poppleton between 2-30 - 3-30.

Really enjoyed todays ride with Brian and the Dr. We had the wind against us on the way out-such hard work. Then after lunch Dave guided us towards the hills to find my red zone once again!
We did 66 miles and were back in York just after 2.30pm.
