Training Ride Sunday anyone?

A place to talk about anything! Want to find someone to ride with? Get help on mending things? Organise lifts?

Training Ride Sunday anyone?

Post by Rob »

Anyone around? 0900 from the Square. Nick suggested keeping it at 50 odd rather than 70 odd miles to more closely match race distance. I'm easy really and will go with the flow. Paul, do you fancy devising a fiendish route this week?

Cheers

I hope to be out. 50 miles would be perfect for me (back early to change nappies ;) )

I was thinking of Helmsley direction so could probably carry on & do the loop round Rievaulx. Shouldn't be much over 50 miles but a few more hills than the usual road race norm. I could use a few climbs as I'm riding the Derwentside event next week which isn't the norm!
Looks breezy but dry tomorrow and it will be a headwind on the return leg.
