Can anyone recommend a York based sports physio ?

Hi - not strictly speaking a phyiso - a chiropractor - and they're not just for back problems this guys sorted out a knee problem that I've had for at least 10 years (attempted to sort via doc & physio) - 10 sessions later and whoopie no more pain.

Dr. Phil Bains - at Chiropractic Plus in Haxby - although he also practices at Pocklington and Driffield (I think). 01904 766966. He's a miracle worker!!!

Recommend a physio called Lucy Roberts who has a clinic at Elvington surgery on a Thursday evening. Surgery number: 019044724870. £30 a session.

Lucy used to row to a high level and really understands that 'just stopping' is not an always an option. I recently ran my 1st half marathon (Sheffield in 1:41, which I was chuffed with) and Lucy contributed greatly to me even gettting to the start line.
