Just a reminder its that time of the month again to meet up at the Knavesmire Hotel everyone welcome as usual 7.30 onwards.

Initially only two attendees for the social meet this month - Ian H and self. James arrived later, then Greg with a friend. At around 10 Simon showed up then I'd guess it was 11ish when Stu arrived from a wine tasting and joined us.
I think it was around 12:30 when we wrapped things up after an enjoyable evening with much discussion about TUEs and those that (ab)use them.

It is a little disappointing that a club with as many members as the Clifton can only muster a handful of people for a social get-together. Perhaps increased publicity and awareness would help?

Hi Dave,

That is a pity that there weren't more people in attendance this month.

With regard to publicising these events, IanH or myself always post an item on the General Discussion Board and I add something to the weekly e-mail the previous week.

A number of the social event regulars, myself included, also had Committee Meeting duty last night, so that may explain the lack of people this month.
