Only 2 Clifton riders at Kirby Misperton last night self and Rich D. Started the race with intentions of sitting in and waiting but attacked after about half a lap 2 others came but it came to nothing. Spent a lap recovering and only just held on as VC York lads turned the screw. Sat in as came into the uphill finish and gave it a good go probably in mid teens but felt good to be passing riders up to the line. 35 miles @26. 2 mph so fairly rapid. cheers
