Just to give you a little more info.
I've looked at the routes on the map and although they start in Dalby they are mostly Moorland Routes.
I'd grade them as follows:
A - Hard. Mostly offroad on mixture of singletrack, bridleway. Some rutted sections with significant climbs. Likely to be tougher if conditions are wet. Probably only suitable for experienced MTBer and not suitable for <16s.
B - Shortened version of above cutting out some of the harder climbs. Should be suitable for most of reasonable fitness but still a 4 hour + ride.
C - Small loop through the forest, out on some bridleway, drop down some singletrack to Levisham then climb back up to the Forest. Suitable for all but may be a little exposed if the weather's bad.
