I was hoping to get out to Bridlington for our first century of the year, but I think we need a couple more weeks of daylight extension, so I settled for an easy day out this week. It should be dry, +5C and we can ride the easterly wind home.
120Km / 75 miles square to square.
As always for this time of year, fenders and lights recommended

Hopefully should be out assuming no icy roads in morning . Missed this route you did before Christmas because of ice. Would like to do it. I will apologise in advance though as I discovered earlier this evening whilst checking my usual winter bike that the front derailleur was snapped at the pivot point with the side plates , I realised this when it would not change up as usual. Some corrosion had set In. Worth checking your bike regularly. I do but never given that point much thought. Just made sure it's clean etc. I will be out on another bike which I've fitted a rear mudguard so hopefully it won't be too wet . Good job I discovered it before the ride . Over use I reckon for the record it was a shimano 105 5700 series derailleur.
