No you can't.
But don't worry, our Thursday TT league out of Sheriff Hutton is infinitely better with a better quality of rider

Depends if you want to be riding along dual carriageways with articulated lorries at your shoulder! Anyway.. ..a man of your calibre, the ride up to Sheriff Hutton would just be a light warm-up..!

You'd have to join one of the clubs in the league second claim to ride.
