Any retro cyclists out there in Cliftonshire? Registration started today for the Retro Ronde at Oudenaarde in Belgium. Day of retro cycle market and criterium on the Saturday followed by the Retro Ronde on the Sunday.

My plan is to cycle over there on the Carpenter via Hull - Zeebrugge, take the panniers off and race it in the multi-gear event on the Saturday, then cycle the 100km Retro Ronde on the Sunday before cycling home via a sailing back to Hull (Oudenaarde - Zeebrugge is only 50 miles). Very Beryl Burton but without the success (and several other failings!). Cycling company greatly appreciated. Not sure if it will be camping or B&B yet but will be booking soon. Anyone interested (you'll need a pre 1987 bike to do the criteriums and Retro Ronde) please PM me.
