8.45 for me and 6 others: Tony G, Dave C, Howard, Paul S and 2 others I hadn't ridden with before. Tony led us in a loop through Ripon and Knaresborough. A really enjoyable social ride ensured. The roads seemed very greasy with a slightly dodgy moment for several riders on the 90º bend in Cowthorpe. Paul managed to slow down before running into the kerb resulting in a minor spill - fortunately with no harm done, everyone else slid but stayed upright.
62 miles at 19.2 mph for me door to door. Thanks to all for an excellent ride.

Went out on Sat with the 8.45 er's as reported by Dr Dave. Good ride in nice weather.
Sunday ride with Rob, Muzzy, Nigel L, Richard D, Tony G and Bernard. Great ride to Hutton le Hole via Castle Howard, Easthorpe (where Rob, and Rich tee'd off for other committments), Amotherby (where Tony G left for home) and up to Hutton. Limited menu at the cafe but very good (closing in 2 weeks untill Feb). So 4 of us ventured back via Gillamoor, Kirkdale and Hovingham. Another steady 60 odd miles.
