Wednesday Evening Ride - 12th June - Sneck Yate, Sutton Bank

Hi all,

I thought this week we will return to the edge of the Moors at Sneck Yate, just N of Sutton Bank. Meet at 6.45 pm for a 7.00 pm start. If you're not sure where to meet, let me know.

Riding off and back up the escarpment edge (good descents=good climbs !). I aim to finish around 9.00 pm -ish!

Weather this far ahead looks good.

Please post if you're coming so we can wait for you're arrival.

Hi Broom Wagon

We meet at the top of Boltby Bank. (Sneck Yate Car Park).

Turn as though going to sutton Bank visitor centre off the A170 from Thirsk. At t- junction at end of car park, turn left towards er...Cold Kirby I think. Bear left at mast and a farm and drive all the way along the straight road. The car park is the one at the end of that road.

Car park is probably a bit too glamorous a term - it's next to some trees and is more of a flat area that's is off the road. It marks the start of that section of the Cleveland Way.
