Just checking. What time is chain gang this Tuesday and what is happening? Is it 6pm and 1 or 2 laps. ?
Can we have two groups again as per earlier this year? I thought it worked exceptionally well. The front group setting off 8 minutes before the fast group?
Is there a TLI road race on this week, as it will make this post irrelevant?
I would just like to know to help plan training. I'll be commuting to work and back on Tuesday and would like to know timings so I can fit in.

There's no TLI this week so I'd guess there will be people out on the chaingang. I won't be one of 'em tho - I'm doing the Wakefield evening RR on Wednesday and days before races are spend horizontally integrating (went out and did intervals today tho to give myself an excuse to take it easy).
