Very good programme tonight on R5L 7-9 Cycling's Dirty secrets, around the doping debacle of the Lance Armstrong era, catch it on iplayer or i have a copy saved if you cant find it.

This programme on ABC in Australia is worth a watch too. It is getting a bit like a car crash now....or coming down Bulmer Bank on an icy day. You know what is going to happen but you have just got to keep watching.
