Social Rides

Hi everyone, new here, so take it easy.....

Just geting into road cycling, and have been going out by myself mainly, however i've just done the GYBR and loved almost every minute of it, (one of the hills nearly killed me ). The social aspect was great.

I'm looking at maybe coming out on one of your social rides, and seeing how i get on. More likely on Saturday as your Sundays rides seem a bit too far for me at the moment.

Just wondering what kind of numbers you guys get on a Saturday morning for the 'K' and 'intermediate' groups?

Thank you for posting and nice to hear you're interested in coming on some Clifton CC Saturday social rides!

Please note that there are no social rides planned this Saturday as there is the York CTC Cycle Show on at the Racecourse.

The number of people coming on a Saturday K ride will vary. If there are too many people, the plan will be to split into different groups (you don't want too big a bunch on the road). The distance on K rides in Spring/ Summer is probably around 75 miles with a cafe stop around half way.
