The Racing season is upon us

Given that the racing season is now upon us and that is what we exist for, then whatever we do we should ride fast and hard....longer rides can be done in own time where the presence of others is not critical

I would just say to the newcomers to racing, that it doesn't need to be on the rivet every time you go out on the bike.
