Fluid Replacement Strategies

Guys,

Had a suggestion from our friends in Sports Science at St Johns to run a seminar on the above topic. They've had someone doing some research on hydration in extreme conditions who'd be willing to share the results. I thought it might be of interest particularly to those of you riding the Etap in July, but maybe others as well.

What do you think? And of those of you riding in July, when would be a good date - want to make sure we hit the target audience!
