Lockton - Leversham.
There's a stretch of quite rough road on this one - leave the deep section carbon wheels at home this week... The cafe comes quite late on in the ride as well, so have a banana or two in your pocket.
Its a while since I've been round this one and am looking forward to it.
See you in The Square at 0900

Sorry ut I cant go out this weekend. We were all today at Malham (Yorkshire Dales), so my wife need the time on sunday.
Next time.
P.S. It was fantastic and I don´t regret that i won´t come with. Perfect day to go and visit the place! I am impressed!
Of course it would be much nicer by bike... but can´t have everything.
And I think the next sunday will offer once again wonderful landscapes...

You may find that if your planning the Stape. Newton in Rawcliffe route to Levisham, that you see road closure notices, thess have been annouced recently due to the poor state of the road surfaces.
So the highways/forestry people are trying to limit the use of the raod to all but locals who need to use these roads to get to their homes/businesses etc.
