Dear all,
I have been waiting to hear whether there is going to be a MTB route for this Sunday. I wish there will be something, but if there were nothing planned, may I suggest a route that I could lead?
We could start in Pickering - Newton on Rawcliffe - Small and easy loop in the area - Lewisham - Dalby Forest - Thornton le Dale - Pickering.
It shouldn't take more that 3 hours 3 hours and a half and it is very easy technically (unless you fancy doing something cool when we get to the Dalby Forest). Everybody is welcome and the pace should be kind of ok but without leaving anybody behind.
If there were an official route organised by the club I WOULDN'T DO THE ONE I AM SUGGESTING but the official with the club.
If there weren't anything from the club, we could meet up at 9:45 to leave at 10:00 in Pickering at the car parking opposite to the train station where you can take the steam train. I think you need to pay to the parking, so take some cash with you or try to find a space somewhere else.
Please, post if you are coming to know if I have to go there or if I can change my plans.
Thanks,
Manolo.
Anything for the 3rd of April? If not, I suggest a route.
