M and S insurance is great. Not the cheapest on face value, but it is if you have a few bikes or something a bit tasty. Their cover does not exclude racing either which is a good bonus if you like to mix it a bit.

A few years ago I got knocked off by a lorry which didn't stop and trashed a rather nice 3 week old frame and quite a few other bits. They paid out very quickly with no fuss or undue hassle. Remember to select the extra cover for items away from home if you want to be covered while out riding or on hols - it's not much more and well worth it.
