I have a spare entry for the Fred this Sunday if anyone fancies a tough day in the lakes? Only 112 miles, 6 passes and 13,000ft of climbing.

Should be able to get a name change over the next few days.

The entry is going for £40 which will be donated to former Clifton rider Damian Smith, to aid his recovery over in Cumbria.

There are a few Clifton riders already entered so you may be able to cadge a lift too.
