Should be up for a wednesday night hustle, haven't done this route so will need some good old fashioned sat nav "LEFT!!!" and "RIGHT!!!" pointers.
I believe this is the "lumpy" route yes?

Sorry chaps but i'm not going to make it this evening.
Having just seen the weather forecast I'm going to try and get out earlier to avoid the cold wet stuff.

Latest forecast showing snow at 18.00 onwards, I am personally going to give it a miss tonight as after the bad spell over Christmas and new year and reaching my 60th birthday I've become even more wary.

If you read this in good time please post your intentions so the others will be informed.

Cheers (better safe than sorry)

Well for once the forecasters appear to have got it right. I had decided on my cycle home from work that I wouldn't be out tonight anyway.I managed to fall off in the slippy conditions on sunday and Iam still quite sore and didn't fancy doing it again!
Oh and happy birthday ian!
