Cycling in Lanzarote

I'm tyring to plan my holiday (in May) around cycling, and I was wondering if anyone has been cycling on Lanzerote? If so, how did you find it?

I love it. We go and either race the Ironman there (will be doing it this year 2010) or go training there. Some great climbs, cars normally pretty good.

Depends where your staying on the easiest routes to get out. It is always windy.

Very windy, hilly & in May it will be very hot.

for cycling it is about as perfect as it gets, heat wise, because of the wind.
