Any advice on where to source a replacement cone for a Shimano RS10 front wheel?

you're better finding the actual code for the part rather than model e.g. 7400, which is stamped on the hub body.

Cycle Heaven always had an array of random cones in the workshop, otherwise, if the supplier has them in stock, any shop should be able to order it in for you.
